Bioinformatics Core Services Pricing

*Pricing is dependent upon experimental design. All customers will receive a quote prior to sample processing and additional charges/discounts will be noted.

Consultation

  • Pre and Post-Analysis Consultation (up to 2 hours each): No Charge
    Our team offers complimentary consultation sessions before and after your project to ensure you get the best results and support.

RNA Sequencing Analysis
Bulk RNASeq - Differential Expression Analysis

  • Pricing: Two options:
         1. $75 per hour
         2. $25 per sample
  • Typical Analysis Time: 10-12 hours for up to 48 samples (two-group comparison).
  • Deliverables Include:
         0. Quality Control (QC) of raw data
         1. Alignments
         2. PCA
         3. MA plot
         4. Heatmap
         5. Differentially expressed gene lists and tables
  • Optional Add-ons (additional costs):
         0. GO term enrichment and downstream pathway analysis (e.g., IPA software)
         1. Estimated time: 3-5 hours for a straightforward comparison
         2. IPA is paid software, so additional charges apply

Note: For more complex analyses, additional time and costs may apply. We recommend our $75/hour rate for projects with increased complexity.
Small RNASeq
Similar breakdown and pricing as Bulk RNASeq analysis.

Microbiome Analysis (16S/ITS)

  • Pricing:
         - Up to 48 samples: $10 per sample
         - 48 or more samples: $7 per sample
  • Deliverables Include:
         - Quality Control (QC)
         - Taxonomic and species identification
         - Alpha and Beta diversity analysis
         - Differential abundance analysis
         - PCA and associated tables

Single-cell/single-nuclei RNASeq (sc/sn-RNASeq)

  • Fastq Generation, Alignment, and Counts File Generation: $350
  • Custom Seurat Analysis (differential expression and cell type identification): Pricing varies based on project specifics.

Transcriptome Assembly

  • Reference-Based Transcriptome Assembly: $350 (up to 5 samples)
  • De novo Transcriptome Assembly: $500 (up to 5 samples)

Custom Bioinformatics Services

  • For custom bioinformatics projects, we charge $75 per hour to accommodate your specific needs.

Deliverables & Data Storage

  • All deliverables will be provided as downloadable links to both raw and analyzed data.
  • Data will be stored for up to 6 months.
